Hello there....
Here, I am listing out few summer salads that are filled with flavor for a hot summer day. Easy to make, no extra ingredients, and full of heart healthy nutrients.
1. Red Cabbage & Collard Green - Not only does this salad look colorful, but is fully healthy.
2. Charred Gem Lettuce - Lettuce when grilled, gives the ultimate foundation for creamy dressing
3. Grape Salad with pecan - That is a healthy dessert alternative. Pecans add the little crunchiness to the sweet grape salad.
For all the non-vegetarians out there.....
4. Chicken, Bacon & Avocado - The honey mustard dressing on this amazing combination of chicken, bacon and avocado will make you lick your fingers.
5. Grilled Basil Chicken & Peach - Dressing this up with the white balsamic-honey vinaigrette is like an incing on the cake..
6. Sesame Chicken Salad - Tender chicken breasts, with mixed greens, asparagus and topped with sesame salads is what you can add to your weight loss diet.
